Déguise intimate store offers a free certified shipment within Europe.
25 EUR will be charged for international shipments.
Express delivery is possible with some additional charges. Please contact customer.service@deguise-intimatestore.com to find out it for your destination.
Orders placed over public holidays or from Monday to Friday by 16:00 GMT will be processed the following business day. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. Unfortunately, Déguise intimate store is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns
Each item offered at DÉGUISE on line store is a high quality luxury object finished by hand, revised and packed individually as a gift to be ready for delivery. Therefore no one object can be damaged or faulty. If still the luxury item delivered to you is under your expectations for any reason, you can return it no later that 3 days after its delivery, It must not be used, in the original packaging and sent by certified mail. The charges for returning shipments are on the customer's hand. You will be refunded for the item immediately after its arrival back. The customer is required to contact our customer service before returning the item.
